Pros

Appropriate pay and raises, possible relocation opportunities, acknowledgment of success.

Cons

Lack of transparency from higher ups (lots of unanswered questions or blanket statements), delay in job offers (lack of job security), addressing issues dramatically (overcorrection). lack of ability to contact HR and other necessary departments like procurement and special events since there is no list of important contacts. Poor choice in leadership roles on occasion. Severe lack of training.

Pros

I enjoy the work and the people I work with. Everyone works hard to help everyone else succeed

Cons

The pay doesn't match the efforts of the employees at all times. I was working full-time hours but still down as part time therefore not allowing me to receive any benefits. The campus manager tried to get me a higher raise but corporate wouldn't allow the total raise he had given me
