Adam and Bob are great leaders and we are growing very quickly. I love that they understand that not every area can be ran exactly the same and give us the opportunity to run like a business owner. With our growth, we have acquired both great clients and staff. This has made our areas denser and provided the opportunity to have boots on the ground mgmt at each campus and a better overall work life balance.

as long as you stay on your toes and move quickly to develop new relationships, welcome new friends and keep an open mind to new ideas it can be quite exciting

I love working with these young men and getting to be a part of their college experience. Management is always easy to deal with. I couldn’t ask for a better working experience.

Cons

Sometimes things can move a little slow when it comes to paperwork and that sort of thing.
