Pros

Very laid back atmosphere no micro management and get to meet lots of new people.

Cons

Pay is not the best and in my opinion there's little to no advancement possibilities.

Pros

Paid holidays for salary employees, no late nights.

Cons

Long hours, low pay. Cut throat corporate management. I worked with them as a sous chef for a year. When the executive chef randomly quite out of nowhere I busted my tail to get services out alone and hold the contracts. They promoted me, telling me they would have someone here to train me and inform me of my full job duties. When that person arrived some 8 weeks later they then terminated my employment. With no prior reprimands, or other forms of negative input from upper management. They are a very two faced company with no morals or ethics.
