slow work pace early out at 3 pm on friday leadership is clueless, easy to skate under the radar + do very little work

Cons

jiu is an epic fail on many levels starting with bad and clueless leadership just the facts... million dollar deficit$ year after year double digit employee turnover rates above industry averages financial health of the school is poor (cfi)

Staff easy to get along with. You get to design your own course.

Cons

Course availability for teaching is very limited. I wish I could get more than one course at a time, and now it is longer between opportunities.

The only game in town for a semi stable job was proud as a peacock to work here Nice colleagues who suffer with you Campus is nice, esp if you are in one of the newer bldgs

Cons

A cluster of bad upper management, disconnected faculty and no vision for the future Faculty have 0 confidence in leadership Work from home is like pulling teeth (it's 2022, not 1922) Ain't nothing to do in Fyette Money is tight and everyone knows it Revolving door of ppl leaving just stop putting departures in the monthly newsletter bc it's depressing This place used to be great but that time has passed
