Cons
The VPs here are incompetent and would be eaten alive outside of the small town of Fayette. The institution has literally mortgaged its future with a $70+ million loan secured by Fayette campus assets. There have been multiple payment deferrals while interest continues to accrue. Very little financial transparency or any transparency, for that matter. There are serious doubts whether or not the school will continue to exist in the next 3 to 5 years. Large exodus of faculty and staff in recent years, a vicious cycle of no continuity and new staff constantly playing catch up.
