Pros

The campus of the main university is beautiful, and the main staff on that campus is personable and helpful.

Cons

The hierarchy dealing with the satelite campuses is top down, and rigidly maintained to the extent that an employee can be fired for speaking to anyone but their direct supervisor if they have a complaint. If the supervisor is the problem, there is no recourse.

UIU is a very dysfunctional organization not only at the main campus, but at all the academic extensions.
