Good community of faculty/staff/students Strong university pride--a community that allows one to contribute, gain new skills/grow, and be part of a team that is mission focused.

Cons

Campus location may be a challenge for some (physical location in a small rural town of 1,338 people); nearest small and medium-size cities are approximately 30-50 minutes away. University is fairly tuition dependent, so that does factors into overall growth and resources.
