Pay is around market ask Benefits are very good (401k match $4,500 dollar for dollar, affordable healthcare) Used to be more generous with providing stock options Quarterly bonus payout

Pros

The work/life balance and benefits are the best I've ever had. They only hire top talent and you feel it as you're constantly surrounded by incredible people that are experts in their field. The benefits package is incredible as well.

Cons

You'll never make top dollar here. The benefits package is great and they use that to justify paying far below the state average for any given position.
