Pros

The benefits are actually excellent. You get a solid 401k match, equity, a wellness budget, great parental leave, and steady PTO accrual, even if the base compensation itself isn't anything special. But all those perks are completely overshadowed by a lack of stability

Cons

With six rounds of layoffs in just five years, job security here is practically non-existent. Leadership continuously cycles through the same organizational restructures, creating a volatile environment where strategic changes are repeatedly made and then undone. This constant instability ultimately results in frequent downsizings, leaving many to feel that the company is on an unsustainable trajectory
