      Good pay/benefits work life balance Some interest projects to work on Remote work

      Cons

      Doing things quickly is praised above correctly. Constant shift in direction. Employee centric culture touted and practiced... until the business is struggling All I heard through 2022 is how resilient the company is and how we've had downshifts before and come out of it swinging. Upper management definitely stressed we should not be worried.... and then I was laid off with %20 of my colleagues.

      Pros

      They give you a health & wellness budget & WFH budget, send you goodies sometimes via mail, WFH hours. Some people are cool there!

      Cons

      -Low pay for the stress they make you feel -Disorganized in a lot of ways despite them trying to make it super organized/corporate like -QR make you feel like a number rather than an employee they care about

      ~ The pay is alright I guess ~ The job can be easy at times

      Cons

      ~ Micro-management ~ Unrealistic expectations (example: they want you to work 35-45 applications a day and the ques QUICKLY run dry. If you didn't hit the productivity mark, they'll be sure to let you know that you need to try harder to do so...even when things are out of your control)
