Pros

benefits are great. Health benefits.

Cons

Office politics. Once they label you or not like you, they will push you out. A lot of great employees was pushed to accept a severance all because upper management couldn’t get along with them. He does nothing for the employees.

Pros

+ remote with flexible schedule + weekend / holiday hours available to pick up to make double + 2022 & 2023 health care package + Wellness Budget

Cons

- the company took away all of the previous perks listed above - micro management - no long term vision - positive, secure management left or was pushed out - insecure leadership will be the downfall of this company - keeps replacing seasoned folks with new hires - what was once diverse environment of management profiles has disappeared, leadership now is almost exclusively white, cisgender, heterosexual male
