Pros

Remote work Good benefits (mostly) Decent pay

Cons

Operations is the worst department to work in, many of the jobs are being outsourced, promotions go to external hires, and there's a lack of development for existing employees. You get 2 weeks of vacation while the rest of the company has unlimited PTO. Overall company culture has disappeared in the past year.
