*They cater in lunch each and every day *The company is remote first but also has an office you can go into as you, please *Depending on what team and who your manager you can have a lot of autonomy
Cons
*Since my time at Upstart they have had two rounds of layoffs and restructuring, the most recent they laid off 365 people comprising ~20% of the business *Depending on what team and who your manager there can be a lot of micromanagement *The company seems to be struggling with the recession we are going through times right now are a little uncertain
