      Pros

      Enjoyed working at University Hospital since a teaching/academic affiliated medical center. Liked caring for high acuity and medically complex patients. Some benefits were good, such as the pension plan.

      Cons

      Frequent turn over in staff. Work place bullying a significant problem, in addition to staff not held accountable for making false statements other providers they choose to target.
