The work is extremely hard, they expect alot out of you and there's no wiggle room for deviation if you need to for example, speak to a nurse about something, as everything is timed out for you down to the second. Unsafe, I had to clean biohazard materials that leaked into a bin, by hand with a napkin and spray, with no protective gear, as instructed by my supervisor. Or blood off the walls by hand. No tolerance for being late, even though they make you take THEIR shuttle from across town and if the shuttle is late, then you're late and you get written up. They expect too much from you and put too much pressure on you. They take alot out of your pay, to the point that making $15/hr actually equated to $11/hr. The management and HR department dont care if you have concerns or grievances. I had managers TRY to gaslight and manipulate me into trying to make me think that what I wanted was what they wanted. They have a mandation rotation, where you'd be forced to stay an extra eight hours ontop of the eight you already worked. The cleaner breakroom is disgusting and is in a little room in the basement. You're docked 15 minutes of pay if you clock out even a minute early. I can write a whole book about working here, but this gives the jist. This job made me suicidal for along time.
