      Pros

      Amazing people to work with all around. The aspect of being a teaching hospital is amazing for new RN's. Loved my clinical experiences here as well as my work as a student clinical assistant. The management is very adamant and eager to help you grow here, miss this place. If I did not need to move out of state, I would still be working there.

      Cons

      The parking situation is kind of rough, but they are working on building more space. And it is reasonably priced.

      Research is garbage in there. Some investigator don't have a bottle line of science ethics. If like this, where is the hope of USA and the future of my children.

      I don't know. Those are so difficult to change.
