      Pros

      The union advocates strongly for employees and negotiates with SUNY actively. Overall great benefits and friendly working environment. Great work-life balance.

      Cons

      Upstate is less ambitious in cutting-edge research. The support of research and scholarship development is not impressive. The administrative system is very slow given its government affiliation.

      Good pay and decent benefits

      Cons

      Selfish co-worker(s). Director + 2022 management didn't care about patients or listen to the experienced workers. Could've easily changed some things for the better, but they don't care. Adding more work all the time with short staffed workforce. Other departments hire lazy people, instead of hard working people.
