Business Outlook
Pros
Very Challanging and fulfilling work when I worked inside the Hospital in direct patient care areas and when I worked in the Finance Department. I was very happy with all my direct supervisors throughout my 20+ career at Upstate and miss every one of them.
Cons
Seeing coworkers right next to me that could not complete their work properly or even to the point of falling asleep at their desk throughout the day and still allowed to be on the payroll. Gotta love those Unions, lol.
