-tuition reimbursement -ability to go part time -everything is based on seniority

Cons

-no support from management -extremely high turnover rates -little to no incentive for overtime/extra time -policies are shoved down your throat -AWFUL workplace culture -a ton of workplace bullying -everything is based on seniority, so unless you have a ton of it, you are screwed
