-The company completely changed for the worse under the new executive team over the last two years. - They do not care about their people whatsoever anymore. Ron and Exec team are promoting yes men and women that will be their puppets and do their dirty work - Culture changed from a collaborative, caring, team work approach to a cut throat, manage from a spreadsheet, everyone is a financial pawn, culture - Zero transparency and communication has resulted in so many unhappy employees that don’t trust anyone in leadership - One of the divisional presidents should be investigated for consistently talking about women in a very inappropriate and degrading way in front of coworkers

Chattanooga office, Cliques if you don’t involve yourself with the Toxic Chaos, questioning the various of unprofessional behavior you will be Eliminated! Chattanooga office is Toxic! The Company is Superb outside of Chattanooga Tennessee! Out of the 5 heads, only one is Exceptional and Fair!
