Pros

Clinic was beautiful and schedule was not bad.

Cons

Company doesn't care about employees well being and did not mention the policies properly in there benefits. Offer very less benefits and change as per there convenience.

Pros

Wonderful coworkers. Gradual onboarding with caseload.

Cons

This is a very classic example of “overworked and underpaid”. This company has no issue with ridiculously high turnover rates due to many of their policies which makes a very challenging work environment. Pay is dismal, and raises are 2% on average, regardless of how “productive” you are. This company expects significant amounts of work to be done unpaid (documentation, trainings, etc). Growth opportunities are minimal. And lastly, we were frequently denied functioning computers. Our laptops were 7-8+ years old with no battery life, and we were frequently told new computers were “not in the budget”. This company plays the short game, over and over.
