Everyone who works here is so smart, and so dedicated to the mission, it is inspiring. They are also kind, supportive, fun, joyful, and hilarious. The organization is growing fast, which means if you're willing to jump in and get your hands dirty, there are lots of opportunities for growth. Upper management seems to be sincerely committed to identifying shortcomings and finding ways to improve. I feel respected and valued as an employee, and have plenty of opportunities to contribute ideas to drive my work.

Cons

With so much growth, it can be hard to keep up with all the new names and faces, especially with teams located in different states, and inter-departmental communication is not always the best. If you're adverse to change, it may be uncomfortable at times because the change is pretty constant.

It's exciting to be working on such an important mission at an organization that has the courage to think big, and the ability to execute on that vision. Smart, thoughtful, and deeply committed leaders.

Cons

It's a start-up, and we're still building the organization and processes from scratch and figuring things out as we go.
