- Start-up culture that can feel unfocused because there are so many resources that could be serving many different needs - Shifting to a virtual work environment has meant less personal connection with each other, which can lead to feelings of isolation - Major difficulty navigating covid and retaining staff during the unpredictability of the pandemic
