We are disappointed to hear about your negative experience in this area as well as your feelings on lack of work-life balance. We are always trying to boost employee morale and engagement with our monthly webinars and regularly provide resources surrounding mental health and general well-being. Our re-power hour, unlimited PTO, and flexible working hours are designed to give Uptakers the work-life balance they need to succeed in their personal and professional experiences. It has not been easy, but Uptake made tough calls in places we had to in order for the organization to continue building a company with a mission to serve our customers and industries worldwide. We’ve made very deliberate staffing decisions, including making several hires across the business, to align with the direction we’re heading in. The added focus, combined with having the right talent in place, puts us in a strong position to continue to grow and gain market share.
