      The other employees I worked with were great and I'm so glad I got to work with them. It made the job just a little easier

      Cons

      PTO was locked at two weeks per year, no additional days added for years of service. And requests for PTO were just that: Requests. Half the requests I put in on behalf of my employees and myself were rejected by the CEO, usually with an angry scrawl on the "request for PTO" form demanding to know why I approved the request. You would be overwork here and the two weeks PTO was ot enough

      Pros

      Great startup vibe and lot to learn. Worked here for 3+ years. - Great compensation and got regular hikes + equity - Worked across various teams and new technologies. - If you are proactive and take initiatives you will be rewarded very well. - My experience here really helped me get to the next big role. - CEO is very confident about company success.

      Cons

      - They hired too fast and had to let go many people. - Its a technology company so need more technical people in top management. - Sales and Marketing people get too much importance and they are dumb/know nothing about the platform.
