Pros
Their domain--analytics for industrial assets--is pretty interesting, cutting across a number of hot fields and industries. They have a good culture. In my experience, the workload expectations are reasonable and people are treated with respect. Unlimited PTO.
Cons
Honestly haven't seen any yet. When I first considered joining them, the various really negative reviews from a year or two ago really got me nervous. Maybe those were justified at the time--they had to lay off a lot of people a few years ago--but as far as I can tell, they're now really made an effort to turn over a new leaf and now on a much more stable financial footing.
