Pros

The discount is great and the people are cool. There's also good music and a fun assortment of product. And it's generally pretty laid back.

Cons

The late hours, the customers are annoying, projects have to be stopped at a certain time, and even though I work really hard, it doesn't really get recognized.

Pros

fun, creative environment! Interesting ideas and dedicated senior management. This is a company that either you last a year or you stay forever- hard to work for but worth it!

Cons

long hours, low pay, little praise, little recognition, lots of talking and little doing, competitive, young managers, popularity issues, over worked

Pros

Great discount and fun people to work with. The store environment can be enjoyable, and co-workers are some of the better I've had in my job experience. No dress code, alright music to listen to at work.

Cons

Hard to move up to corporate unless you know somebody. Customers are obnoxious sometimes, as with any retail job. Could be better pay.
