Pros

Colleagues are knowledgeable and friendly Relatively small company, so there is not a ton of bureaucracy Leadership invests in employees through more training than at other tech companies of the same size The company mission and focus is interesting

Cons

If you value working in an office - this might be hard. Most employees are remote. This makes face time with C-level difficult. Fairly flat organizational structure

Pros

They’ll cover your phone bill if you move to the company plan (or you have to lug around a second phone), the CEO is nice, HR cares about the employees

Cons

SDR leadership isn’t supportive of its employees or conducive to a healthy work environment. If you won’t move to the company phone plan, you’re required to have a second phone. Vacation time is almost nonexistent. The commission structure is low, combined with low pay, and OTE is nearly unobtainable. They also reward bad behavior, and respond with gaslighting when you bubble it up.
