Defining a new business category

Pros

- Opportunity to work on a really competitive product that will probably become huge and define a whole new business category - Tons of autonomy and ability to define processes - Fun challenges to solve - Easy to get resources needed to do my job more effectively/efficiently - Competitive pay and compelling equity - Fun coworkers and pretty BS/drama-free company culture - Super-smart CEO who genuinely cares about the team and delivering a great product - Convenient downtown/Belltown location

Cons

Typical startup stuff: we're still refining processes and wearing a lot of hats, and there's a lot of pressure to out-perform expectations and get a lot of things done on a tight schedule. Somebody who isn't a self-starter probably wouldn't thrive here.

Pros

Usermind is an awesome startup with a great product that could be revolutionary. As an individual in such a small company the impact you can have on the success is huge. Plenty of opportunity to learn new things, step up and take on new responsibilities, and grow as the company grows. Everyone that works here is very knowledgeable and you can learn a lot from them.

Cons

Mostly the typical startup complaints, you'll find these almost anywhere. Pace is fast and pressure can be high. Can be randomizing and stressful, but in the end if we can build a successful company it will be totally worth it.

What do you mean "could" be revolutionary?! It IS revolutionary, and the line-up of current and potential customers proves it.
