Business Outlook
Pros
The holiday, PTO, and sick time are great. It's a financial institution, so whenever the banks are closed, you have the day off. PTO and sick time rolls over from year to year. In the three years I worked there, I got a nice bonus around Thanksgiving time; enough time to use it for Christmas shopping.
Cons
Management is terrible. They over promise and under deliver. There aren't a lot of opportunities for growth, and management doesn't listen to their employees. There is a lot of micro-managing. There are a lot of pros on the benefits side of things, but the actual work environment day in and day out is toxic.
