Pros

I work in one of the branchs and it is a blast. Every Manager I have worked with has been great and dedicated to their job.

Cons

I wish the pay were better but it is comparable to other institutions in the area. I wish that there were more benefits and perks for part time employees. If they offered the basic insurance coverage maybe then I would be allowed to work more than 30 hours a week.

The employees are mostly really friendly, close nit community tyoe job, decent pay, fairly good incentives, paid time off and paid holidays

Cons

Senior Management micro-manages almost everything and it gets old when their decisions directly effect you.
