Once your full-time. PTO and other benefits is nice. They are really willing to let you take time off as long as you find coverage for your shift.

Cons

Sometimes advancement can be difficult. If you want to advance, make sure you show initiative. Sometimes, if you are really qualified to be an assistant advancement can be very political.

It is a good place to learn and to work, especially while still going to college. The work enviroment is pretty relaxed, there is a lot of LDS culture within the Credit Union.

Cons

The pay is not all that great. It is also hard to advance.

Pros

They are run very well and have a great desire to serve the community. The management is verty competant, and are interested in helping the member not making money. They are very fair, and helpful when it comes to getting time off or advancement within the company.

Cons

not alot of chances for growth in the company, as it is a small credit union. pay is fairly minimal, so you can't expect too much compensation to the work that you may do.
