Get a lot of knowledge of customer experience, being on campus with the students, socializing, great faculty and staff. Great and positive environment.

Cons

May not be able exciting every shift you have and it may get in the way of your other activities at time.

Good opportunities to grow with the organization, especially if you've been away. Company benefits are decent. Beautiful location with ample recreational opportunities.

Cons

Small town feel and mindset. Sometimes can be difficult to feel like you've been heard. Pay is not on par with workloads.
