      Pros

      Great people to work with. Great University. Awesome students. Located right next to the canyon, so it's in a beautiful location. Opportunities to move up at the university. Holidays off.

      Cons

      Absolutely cold in the winters. Cost of living is cheap, so salaries typically aren't amazing. Parking is always a struggle; first is the task of actually getting a parking pass. Then you have to pay for said parking pass.

      Great benefits, streamlined system, it will always be around.

      Cons

      Not great recognition of employees and it's difficult to advance. Not a very fun work environment. In a very fixed mindset, not adaptable to change.
