Pros
Access to education, office environment CAN be good.
Cons
Faculty member with no real-life job experience is head of the department. constantly has to be reminded that their suggestions are illeagle. General attitude towards upper administration is bad, feels like they do not care about the staff of USU. Uppder administration seems to only care about faculty, staff is secondary. Did not fight back on any of the Anti-DEI bills, actively shuts student groups out of Univeristy organizations (USU Student Association).
