Amazingly flexible schedule, I can work from home, from vacation, from anywhere that I can get the internet. Great relaxed boss.

Cons

I do not have the knowledge base to do everything that is expected of me on my own yet, and during the summer there's no one to ask.

- free food if you work for Dining Services - ability to do homework if you work in the library, and office, or for distance ed. - easy to get to work -super flexible schedule -most school holidays off

- low pay - brain-draining work for the most part

Virtually impossible to get fired from the job.

Cons

The only people that care about your success are the corporals. Everyone else is in their positions biding their time until retirement. Pay is pitiful. Your introductory wage is your ceiling wage. No promotion opportunities.
