Pros
Work with like-minded people, progressing toward a college degree. My boss at Luke's cafe is amazing. The staff at Luke's cafe know how to be professional, outgoing, and hard-working.
Cons
The management overall can be a little disorganized at times. The ability to move up in the Dining Services chain is really hard. You have to go through a certification process that is lengthy and doesnt even do much for a raise.
