      Managers have an understanding that you are also in school and allow a flexible work schedule. Great learning and development environment. Close relationship with supervisor.

      Cons

      Academic red tape can be a problem. With a university setting, there are few career opportunities. Most positions are temporary.

      great location, flexible schedule, given a lot of ownership in the job and as long as the work assigned is completed you are left alone.

      Cons

      low pay compared to others in the same field. currently no pay raises. not very much feedback on how you are doing.
