Pros

There is a wealth of opportunity for those who are driven to succeed. Management understands the concerns of employees and looks to improve upon them. Coworkers in our department are excellent and look to help each other. The company continues to grow and become more profitable each year, which makes me feel comfortable with our trajectory and our long term plans.

Cons

Defined Contribution plan, which is becoming more standard in the marketplace. Health insurance, while the plans are excellent, the price is high.

Lots of opportunities for employees who are willing to develop and grow. Great sense of community among employees. Everyone is encouraged to bring forward ideas they have to improve processes and are recognized for successes.

Utica is a great place to work. It's a friendly, family like environment offering a competitive salary and benefits package. It really is all about the people. That's what makes Utica great. . They hold the bar high. It you are not willing to work hard to get the job done, it's not the place for you.
