- Extremely interesting and diverse work - Opportunities to take ownership of projects - Management listens to input of employees and will adjust accordingly when possible - Tight-knit and friendly company culture - Full benefits (Medical, retirement, etc.) - Opportunities to help develop solutions to some very important and relevant problems in the first responder industry

Cons

- Pay can be less competitive than elsewhere in the city, but that seems to be improving - Hierarchy was relatively muddled, though that has shown signs of improvement as well - Adaptability is a necessity - tasking can change daily and without warning
