Great management who are experienced, and more than happy to answer questions and offer support. Excellent work environment - pro-active and welcoming Large scale company with a small feel atmosphere Great reputation in community and products

Cons

I didn't find too many downsides in my experience at Utz with the company. There is room for advancement if the work is put in.
