Pros
I worked for VLS Systems for more than decade. They are honest and reliable. Excellent HR Staff. CEO is easily reachable. Helps H1b employees with their green card. Never delay salary to employees even when vendor delay in paying. They support you with every document if you are going to Visa interview. They have decent employee benefits as well. Do not hesitate to reach me if you want to talk. My review is genuine.
Cons
They pay once a month. This may not be downside but it is custom that employers pay bi weekly. Other than that I do not see any major Cons.
