Pros

This company does everything right. Bottom line. I was actually really nervous when I started working here because it all seemed too good to be true. Turns out, after almost a year here, it was both good and true. I come from a history of start ups and I've never been treated with such respect for my position in any company I've ever worked for. The owners are some of the most humble, motivating, hard working, and honest people on the planet. They've created an environment where everyone wants to keep pushing themselves and keep doing better. They also support any opportunity for further education. Whether that's books, courses or conferences, they will go out of their way to make sure you get it or attend it. If you're looking for somewhere to truly grow as a person and in your career, this is absolutely the place for you. Any negative review on here is, in my opinion, just a bitter person that didn't come here to give it everything they had. One of this company's core values is honesty and that is as honest as it gets.

Cons

If you don't like to work hard or push yourself, this might not be the place for you.

Pros

They give you a computer to work

Cons

I've witnessed some wild things here. You're only protected based on who you know. They'd rather fire one competent person that can handle the workload of 10 people, and keep 10 clueless bodies instead. Very unfair and personal decision making. Especially for a drowning company that could actually utilize an efficient person to maximize payroll. All of their decisions are stupid. I've never experienced such a toxic place from top to bottom, especially the upper leadership team who gossip like school girls. The supervisors speak to you in DMs by using ChatGPT because they can't help being unprofessional or talking down to you. This place won't be around much longer with their outdated, historical app and sloppy decision making. Someone needs to tell them their current ads feature 2025 instead of 2026 -- mess!!

Pros

Remote position, health insurance, unlimited PTO

Cons

We were told salary needed to be cut by 35% last year but that it would be reinstated once the new year hit. The new year has come and now gone, and pay has not been reinstated. There have been multiple rounds of laying off employees here, all of which came as a complete surprise without warning, totaling over 125 problem and even included an entire department at one point. We were also told that the company was "ahead of schedule" last year, which gave everyone hope that things would return to normal. Flash forward a few months and now more people have been let go. GOOD, HIGH PERFORMING, people. They're cutting the wrong people, in fact. If anyone needs to go, it's the high level execs and HR. Completely toxic to work here, get out while you can, and please do NOT ever consider applying here.
