      Managers are constantly gone or uncommunicative, but you will get dinged every time you miss a message or chat. They get you invested but they don't care Business practices are....grey

      Pros

      Full time status. Remote Job. Freedom to wear pajama and wake up 10 minutes before work. 401K match, insurance coverage. Monthly allowance for $100 can be used for any bill.

      Cons

      Leaderships hate any question. Many representatives terrified by the idea of asking questions, sometimes they just give random answers to avoid receiving passive aggressive attitude from the leadership. Marketing department send out information to clients that customer service team has no idea how to answer and follow up. There is no communication.
