1. Lack of Leadership
2. No direction for the company or employees
3. Shifting initiatives from month to month and even weekly.
4. Absolutely lost Exec team who pays for executive coaching and still doesn't know how to manage simple things.
5. Naming conference rooms after the Las Vegas strip clubs
6. Bragging about their drug addiction
7. Shady business practices and constant gaslighting employees

9. No feedback REAL for professional development.
10. No pay raises in YEARS for anyone during some of the most economically challenging years in US history.
I just stopped at 10. But I can promise you I can go on for hours. This is really just a team of Bros who have no idea what they're doing at any point in time. It's basically a group of the kids who sit in the back of the class and talk about how they took "$1000 and turned it into this company" and every time something in the company is going sideways and people are miserable they give you the same excuses in a never ending cycle..... Really it's like watching a slow motion train wreck. They just sell you supplements that they don't actually use themselves and talk about how they're amazing. It's just a large scale Affiliate Marketing company. Go ahead and buy one product. Watch your inbox fill up with spam.
