If you are someone that has the ability to add real business value you will be embraced at this company. There is some amazing talent and V Shred; and the customer stories we saw daily is the real proof there is something bigger possible at V Shred. Cons
Like most growth companies, V Shred is working on improving their technical debt so they can scale to the next level. Again, being able to add value during times of transition or pivots is critical to excelling here. Huge opportunity for the right mindset, but if you are looking for a consistent, normal, average place to work - this is not for you. Speed and urgency is embraced by leadership - it's up to you to take advantage of this and contribute.
