      Pretty cool equipment and coworkers

      Cons

      Management is inexperienced and immature. The CEO and other co-founders brag to their employees about Aderral abuse. No strategy in place of any kind. People are sticking around long enough to find other jobs.

      Terrible Place to Work

      Pros

      Some of the coworkers were amazing, talented, and empathetic.

      Cons

      The pay is on the lower end, most people don't know what they're doing and rely on others to do their job for them. Management lacks any sort of leadership, and the entire culture is buzzword bingo.
