      - The people I worked with were great and genuinely cared about delivering the best experience possible

      Cons

      Leadership refuses to take responsibility for any of their decisions. It was a constant uphill battle to make them understand that the talent they hired was not their enemy.

      If you were in a frat and are currently addicted to meth, this is the job for you

      The owners and upper-level managers are deplorable. They degrade you at every chance they get, express sexist and racist beliefs, and they have severe addictions to uppers (which they speak about openly). The company just had a major layoff due to business slow-down, in which employees were NOT offered severance nor health insurance. We were just another cog in the machine for them.
