Pros

Salary is okay but no incentives

Cons

It is a list- Too much pressure on Bdm in domestic team and you see recruiters making personal calls and watching reels. No transperency, even if recruiter cannot get profiles or even doing timepass blame is always Bdm because of salary. Some recruiters in domestic team are so incapable that they don't know ways to search profiles, but blame is on Bdm. Atleast 10 to 12 Bdms have been tried in last year or so. 6 months probation and then you are asked to leave , no job security. But underperforming recruiters are given a year to perfom. Also Account managers ask recruiters not to work on his demand. Later after Bdm is gone, they ask to go and contact same vendors and that is given to management to show Account Manager got this account. Yes and they are qualified for Travel trip based on client of Bdms leaving the company. There is too much groupism. Management does not take responsibility for any client backout and non performing recruiter are given more chances even if client backs out . Client is not valued and Bdm are asked to get even more clients even problem is within team and recruiters.
