Its a company where performance is noticed, and growth is fast if you take initiative. The work can be demanding at times, but the exposure and learning are totally worth it.

      The company truly values its employees, and the team is supportive. The leadership team is approachable, provides guidance, and always encourages fresh ideas that help everyone perform at their best. They truly notice and appreciate every bit of our hard work. And, work-life balance is excellent, when I’m off, even my team reminds me to stay unplugged. Time off is always respected 😊. I truly appreciate the company’s strong ethics and positive work culture. I highly recommend V-Soft as a wonderful place to work.

      Overall, it’s a great place to work. Honestly, not many downsides, maybe just adding a few more fun team events could make it even more engaging.

      Politics at best award for years and continue. Just a consultancy nothing great.

      Cons

      Politics no 1 company and award to be given Whoever has good rapport with Hr go for annual trip. People are selected by personal reasons and people who actually work hard are asked to leave, sometime reason they don't know. If you ask why your name is not there , you will be sacked. Just this is your last day. Finally people are coming and writing true about company.
